Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Houses app, run by Emma Abbasi, trading as Houses. By using Houses, you agree to them.

What Houses is

Houses offers astrology content for reflection and entertainment. It isn't medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it shouldn't be used to make decisions about your health, money or safety.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Houses. Keep your login secure and give accurate birth details. If you add someone to your orbit, make sure you have a good reason to share their details with us.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. The price is shown before you subscribe and is currently £20.99 for each billing period.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your device's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on iPhone, or in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions on Android.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Our content

The writing, design and artwork in Houses belong to us. You can share screenshots for personal use, but please don't copy or republish our content in bulk.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: no scraping, reverse engineering, or trying to get around premium features. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to keep Houses accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
